Our aluminum clad steel products comply with standards of ISO9001 Quality Management System. Plus, we have prepared “Quality Manual”, “Procedure Document” and associated management documents and technical documents for products for the purpose of normal operation of product quality system and ensuring that product quality and quality control measures satisfy requirements of users and technical specification.

We strictly follow the contract throughout the process (supply – final inspection – after-sale service). We are responsible for quality of all supplies and services. We provide guarantee to the quality of such supplies and services and comply with requirements for technique, delivery, acceptance, price and after-sale service specified in the contract.

Users have access to our quality assurance system and associated documents, such as quality documents, inspection indicators, original test records and other technical documents specified in the contract. These documents will be the basis for checking whether the quality execution process complies with the quality plan as specified in the contract. After-sale service will be provided to customers within 48 hours from the time when their feedback information is received.

For quality issues due to other causes, such as improper preservation or use, we will assist users in handling associated affairs. For example, if users need technical assistance, we will send the most excellent technicians to cooperate with users in their work.
